These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of the digital book The Cheat Codes to Everything You Want(the "Book"). The site is operated by the author, publishing under the pen name Sovereign("we", "us"). By using the site or buying the Book you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. The product

The Book is a digital file (PDF), delivered by download link after payment. It is a work of commentary and instruction. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. What you do with what you read is your own responsibility.

2. Purchases and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before checkout; where VAT or sales tax applies it is calculated and shown at checkout. Your contract to buy is formed when Stripe confirms payment.

3. Delivery and access

Delivery is by download link, sent to the email you provide and shown after checkout. Links expire and have a download limit as an anti-abuse measure; replacement links are available free at any time from the recovery page. Your right to download the Book does not expire with the link.

4. Refunds and the withdrawal waiver

The Book is digital content delivered in full at the moment of purchase, so all sales are final, as set out in the Refund Policy. The introduction and first chapter are free before you buy, precisely so you can decide with real material in hand. For buyers in the EU and UK: by purchasing digital content delivered immediately, you expressly consent to that immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby give up the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We will still correct our own errors, such as a failed download or a duplicate charge.

5. License, not transfer

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the Book on devices you own. You may keep private backup copies. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, share publicly, or use the Book's text to train machine learning systems without written permission. Brief quotations for reviews are welcome.

6. Reviews

Reviews are open to verified buyers only, one per purchase. By submitting a review you grant us a perpetual license to display it, with your chosen display name, on this site and in promotional material for the Book. We moderate for spam, defamation, and personal data, not for star rating; critical reviews are published.

7. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the site: no scraping the gated files, no automated form submissions, no attempts to bypass download limits or forge tokens. We may refuse service and revoke access (with a refund where paid) for abuse.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site and the Book are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim connected to the site or the Book is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights that apply in your country.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will not apply retroactively to completed purchases. Questions go to the contact email on your receipt, and a person answers them.
