The Cheat Codes to Everything You Want is a digital book. It is delivered in full, the moment you pay, as a file you download and keep. Because the entire product is handed over at once and cannot be handed back, all sales are final. This page explains that, and the one thing we do instead.

1. Why there is no returns window

A digital file is not like a physical book. Once it has been delivered it has been read, or copied, or forwarded, and none of that can be undone by asking for it back. A general refund window on instant digital content is an invitation to read the whole thing and then request the money, and honoring it would mean charging honest readers for the ones who do. So we do not offer one.

2. What we offer instead

You can read a real part of the book before you spend anything. The introduction and the entire first chapter are free by email, formatted exactly as they appear in the finished work, so you can judge the writing and watch the first tool work before you decide. Take the free chapter first; that is the check that a refund window pretends to be.

3. When we will still make it right

A final-sale policy is not a shield for our own mistakes. If the file will not download, if it arrives corrupted and we cannot supply a working copy, if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if you were charged for something you never received, write to us from the email you bought with and we will fix it or refund it. Those are our errors, and we own them.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights the law gives you. For buyers in the EU and UK, checkout asks for your express consent to immediate delivery of digital content, which under those rules ends the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. You give that consent knowingly at the point of purchase, and the free chapter exists so that you can give it with your eyes open.
